How to request account deletion:
- Via this webpage: You can send us an email requesting account deletion by filling out the form below.
- In-game: You can also open the game and go to Settings → Account Deletion, then enter “Delete” to submit your request.
What will be deleted:
Once your account deletion request is submitted and processed, all your game progress and levels, all in-game purchases, and all items, coins, or other virtual goods associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After the deletion is completed, your account data cannot be recovered.
